An internship at Davler Media Group means being part of a close-knit company where your work will make a difference. Whether it’s writing articles for one of our 14 publications, pitching your ideas in editor meetings, or performing key research, interns can expect to be major contributors to our creative process.
While some tasks inevitably include data entry and fact checking, interns often take on larger projects like writing reported feature articles. An internship at Davler Media will help you to improve a basic skill set that can be utilized across a wide array of jobs including writing, reporting, researching, working towards a deadline, cooperating with a team, and being able to communicate professionally. We are looking for hard-working students or recent graduates who are enthusiastic about entering the world of journalism and/or publishing.
Requirements: Applicants must be at least a junior in college with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and an interest in journalism/publishing.
Compensation: Unpaid. College credit accepted but not required.
Duration: September – December (flexible start and end dates). Must be available at least 3 days per week. |
