Responsibilities:
-Provides leadership, within studio environments, to ensure consistent delivery of highest quality styling for off-figure photography.
-Active in training and development of team members, both Amazon/My Habit, employees and freelance staff.
-Ability to interpret and communicate business and creative initiatives as directed by manager, and oversee its execution.
-Partners with studio management team to strategize, innovate and implement process and production improvements.
-Actively maintains and updates studio styling best practices that support the global style guide to provide consistent alignment with creative standards.
-Tracks product through the studio process to ensure that all merchandise is imaged per standards and service level agreements.
-Analyzes studio reports/metrics and committed to resolving any/all issues that will ensure that service level agreements are fulfilled and met.
-Researches and reports on trends and market developments that keep business strategies and creative initiatives competitive and innovative.
-3 to 5 years of styling experience in a photographic studio environment.
-Experience working in the fashion-focused e-commerce industry.
-Proficient on both the Mac and PC computing platforms, inclusive of InDesign Suite.
-On-line photographic portfolio that demonstrates expertise in applied styling techniques for a variety of product categories. -Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in related fields such as photography, fashion, design or art.
-Accustomed to managing multiple projects with prioritization, planning and task delegation within a team.
-Demonstrates advanced styling technique and ability in a variety of product categories that translates to the Amazon/My Habit customer shopping experience.
