Pulitzers May Honor Photo Winner For 1979 Shot (AP via E&P)
The Pulitzer Prize board will consider changing its records to recognize a photographer who is now credited with taking a chilling Pulitzer-winning picture of a 1979 Iranian execution. The photographer, Jahangir Razmi, had remained anonymous since the photo was shot, a decision made at the time by an Iranian newspaper editor, who feared the government would target him if he were unmasked.
