As we noted yesterday, CNN’s Wolf Blitzer is in Jerusalem, while Anderson Cooper is in Gaza. During one of his live reports for CNN last night, Cooper was interrupted by a very loud explosion from an Israeli strike. It was extremely compelling–and real–television.
Other foreign journalists were not as lucky. A camera operator for Britain’s Sky News had his leg amputated after an attack on the building that was being used as the network’s bureau there. Israel said that antennas on the roof were being used to transmit Hamas messages.
