David Gregory Hosting Roundtable Discussion on God for Discovery Channel

Politics it aint, but that won’t stop NBC “Meet the Press” moderator David Gregory from moderating a roundtable discussion on Discovery Channel. The subject? “Did God Create the Universe?”

As Michael Schneider at TV Guide notes, the special is slated to run August 7 at 9 PM, following the debut episode of Discovery’s series “Curiosity.” The debut episode focuses on renowned physicist Stephen Hawking and his views on God and the universe.

NBC’s Peacock Productions is producing the special, hence Gregory’s involvement.
