Are Some Foxies Put Off By Courtney Friel?

Friel_1207.jpgFrom the 'ole tip box this morning: "The women at Fox are not happy with Courtney Friel's rise to Multi-shows & Multiface/airtime. Courtney Friel may be making men tune in but she is leaving a bad taste in the mouth's of other Fox women! To go a little further they are being forced to basically work with her and can't say anything cuz they are afraid Courtney will just take their place with their jobs."

Reached for comment, Fox News senior VP Bill Shine tells TVNewser, "Although Courtney has been here for just a short time, her positive attitude and willingness to help out on any shift is very much appreciated."

By the way, if you want catch Friel this weekend, she'll be on with Brigette Quinn and Jamie Colby tomorrow from Noon-2pmET and on with Gregg Jarrett and Julie Banderas from 5pmET-7pmET.
