Jon Stewart introduced a new scientific tool last night on The Daily Show — a device called the "Dobbs-O-Meter."

"The best way in measuring success in wooing the Latino community, is the Dobbs-O-Meter," he said. "The angrier [Lou] Dobbs gets, the better you are doing."

And with the presumptive presidential nominees speaking to Latino voters recently, the Dobbs-O-Meter was ready to explode.
