A little nugget in the middle of Bill O’Reilly‘s Thursday night interview with Fox News’ Chief White House Correspondent Ed Henry that jumped out at us. It was about the coverage, or lack of it, of new emails about the 9/11/12 attack in Benghazi. Henry says he occasionally gets flack from colleagues for Fox’s coverage.
“Other reporters will kind of tease me about the idea that this is a Fox story, and what about Benghazi that we’re just going to shout that at the president randomly,”
Henry also told O’Reilly he doesn’t appreciate White House Press Secretary Jay Carney‘s dig that suggested they’re trying to prove a conspiracy theory. “I take offense at [that], because I’m not,” Henry said about Carney’s Fox insult.
