Katie Couric Returning to NBC’s ‘Today’… To Promote Her New Book
“CBS Evening News” anchor Katie Couric will be returning to her old stomping ground at NBC’s “Today” Wednesday, April 13.
Couric will appear on the show to promote her new book The Best Advice I Ever Got: Lessons from Extraordinary Lives.
The appearance comes as reports about her future at the CBS newscast continue to be published left and right, and just a few days after the NY Times and WSJ report that she is leaning toward launching a syndicated show… potentially with current “Today” co-anchor Matt Lauer.
Of course, CBS is not about to let NBC scoop them. Couric will appear first on CBS’ “The Early Show” tomorrow, Tuesday, April 12 to talk about the book.
