Michael Steele: Cable News Pundit?

Former RNC chairman Michael Steele is talking to Fox News Channel and CNN about possible contributor gigs, the NY Post reports.

“Doin’ some TV here and there there’s a presidential cycle coming up” Steele said. “I plan to play in that a little bit. Maybe a lot.”

The news isn’t terribly surprising, as prominent politicos often find their way to paid jobs at cable news channels after they leave office.

Would you watch Steele on CNN or FNC? What do you think he would bring to their coverage?
