The news divisions of the big three broadcasters dominated prime time last night. “20/20″ at 10pmET/PT was the night’s No. 1 show drawing 5.51 million viewers, and a 1.1 A18-49 rating, more than doubling CBS’s “48 Hours” in viewers and in the demo. Now in its second week, “Dateline’s” return to Saturday night gave NBC a win from 8-10pmET/PT. The 2-hour “Dateline” was the No. 2 show of the night drawing 5.35 million viewers, and a 0.8 in the A18-49 demo.
“Nightline Prime,” which debuted in the 9pmET/PT timeslot on ABC drew 3.07 million viewers. That’s ABC’s biggest audience in the time period since Dec. 28, 2013.
On Friday, “20/20″ drew 7.13 million viewers, No. 2 in the 10pmET/PT timeslot in viewers, and No.1 in the A18-49 demo.. “Dateline” drew 6.39 million, No. 2 in its 8pmET/PT timeslot.
