Olbermann’s Nazi Salute

After a relaxing 24-hour break from TVNewser, these are some the e-mails I came home to:

“IF O’REILLY DID A NAZI SALUTE, YOU WOULD BE CALLING FOR HIM TO BE FIRED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

“WHERE IS THE ARTICLE SAYING THAT OLBERMANN DID A NAZI SALUTE? ARE YOU TRYING TO PROTECT HIM?”

“WHY HAVEN’T YOU TOLD YOUR READERS THAT OLBERMANN MADE A NAZI SALUTE ON STAGE, ARE YOU TRYING TO HIDE HIS ACTIONS?”

Wow. B&C says Keith Olbermann raised his right arm in a Nazi salute as he donned his O’Reilly mask at the TCA press tour on Saturday. It apparently didn’t shock the reporters, because B&C was the only publication to mention it. But it did shock OlbermannWatch and other bloggers. I suspect we’ll hear more about this…
