The cable networks are keeping their cameras trained on Washington DC today.

This morning President Obama awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to 16 recipients, including Loretta Lynn, Oprah Winfrey, Ben Bradlee and former Pres. Bill Clinton.

Then this afternoon at Arlingon National Cemetery the president and First Lady along with the Bill and Hillary Clinton laid at wreath the grave of Pres.
