Cable news network ratings continue to break records. Fox News averaged 2.8 million viewers in total day on Thursday, and CNN averaged 2.1 million. At any given time, more than five million people are watching the cable nets. Shep Smith delivered his highest-rated telecast of 2005; The Fox Report had 4,091,000 viewers. More #'s:
