Rick Sanchez Tweeting Again

Former CNN anchor Rick Sanchez, who once declared on-air “My Twitterboard’s about to explode,” is back Tweeting this morning.

Sanchez has brought his 145,702 followers from his @RickSanchezCNN to a new account: @RickSanchezNews. The account was moved Wednesday and this morning Sanchez began using it:

In a Media Beat interview a few weeks before he was let go from CNN, Sanchez told us about Twitter, “It’s going to be the wave of the future, but not just in our business. I think it’s going to be a very important part of what business people do. Whether they’re in journalism or running a drug store in their hometowns.”
