Rob Hendin joins ‘Face the Nation’ team
CBS News’ Bob Schieffer announced that CBS News White House producer Rob Hendin is joining “Face the Nation.” Hendin joined CBS News as an intern in 1997 and has been with the network since.
“This is truly a case of promoting from within,” writes Schieffer in an email to colleagues. “As he has climbed the ladder here he has become a terrific reporter, editor and producer and more important, someone that has developed a keen and deep understanding of politics that only comes from chasing down stories and talking to the politicians face to face.”
