The Most Anticipated Acronyms of the Season
The world has been abuzz (except, of course, for people who don't care or know what you're talking about) over all the potential new toys Adobe will be including in new releases of their software, primarily the new CS3 package. Foreward, the excellent book design blog, has a batch of information culled from other sources about all the in's and out's of what's new at Adobe. Worth the read, particularly if you're into salivating or getting frustrated. Here's some: Second, speaking of MacIntel, Adobe demonstrated Photoshop CS3 on a MacIntel machine at the recent Photoshop World. "During the Photoshop World keynote, Adobe's Sr. Vice President of Creative Solutions provided a quick look at Photoshop CS3, apparently running on an Intel-based Mac," PiperJaffray analyst Gene Munster wrote in a note to clients on Monday. "While the presentation did not reveal any of the CS3 features, it provided evidence that the company has already successfully moved this core application to the Intel-Mac platform."
