Job Title: Production/Broadcast Engineer

Location: Stamford, CT 06902

Schedule: 10-hour shifts WedSat or SunWed (shift: 86 or 97)

Pay Rate: $52-$64/hour on W2

Qualifications:

• 35+ years in TV broadcast or related field.
• BS in Engineering, Communications, or equivalent experience.

Core Skills:

• Hands-on experience with studio/control room broadcast systems.
• Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of IP networking, HDSDI, SMPTE 2110.
• Familiar with Sony, EVS, Evertz, Grass Valley, RTS, Calrec, Tektronix.
• Experience with Avid Media Composer, Chyron, wireless audio/comms systems.
• Able to read system diagrams and manage system-level integrations.
• Calm under pressure; strong communication and team collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Perform system maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades.
• Lead/assist in system design and integration projects.
• Ensure compliance with security protocols and production deadlines.
