Now Hiring: Production Engineer / Broadcast Engineer

Are you passionate about supporting live television production in a fast-paced broadcast environment? We're seeking an experienced Production Engineer / Broadcast Engineer to join our team in Stamford, CT.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line technical support for multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility.
• Support all broadcast systems and technology for live, day-of-air programs.
• Troubleshoot hardware, audio/video systems, and network issues.
• Perform preventative maintenance on studio equipment and systems.
• Collaborate with Studio Operations, Production, and Engineering to implement technical solutions.
• Assist with equipment installation, software updates, and system commissioning.
• Manage and support projects, including system design and integration.

What You Bring

• 3–5+ years of experience in a television broadcast environment.
• BS in Engineering, Communications, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on knowledge of:
  • Sony cameras & switchers, EVS (IP Director, XSquare)
  • Evertz & Grass Valley routing, RTS Intercom, Calrec consoles
  • SMPTE 2110 standards, Chyron graphics, Avid Media Composer & Interplay
• Strong understanding of:
  • Audio/video systems, wireless audio, and communication technologies
  • Comfortable reading system signal flow diagrams and using AutoCAD.
• Calm under pressure with a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
• Willingness to support a 24/7 live production environment.
• Strong customer service and team collaboration skills
• Self-starter with attention to detail and commitment to quality
