Typical Duties & Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the communications team to understand the vision and objectives for each video project
- Assist the production manager during video shoots
- Set up video equipment, including cameras, lighting, and audio equipment, ensuring everything is properly positioned and functional
- Monitor cameras, ensuring proper framing, focus, lighting, and audio during shoots
- Edit raw footage to create polished, professional videos according to project guidelines
- Collaborate with communications team on scripts and the creative process
- Manage video files, organizing them in a structured manner for easy access during the editing process
- Documentation and record events and meetings
- Maintain membership at an Every Nation church
Minimum Qualifying Education:
- Bachelor's degree in telecommunications, video production, or completion of a certificate program in television production from an accredited technical institution preferred or experience in the field.
Minimum Qualifying Experience:
- Experience in professional video production and post-production environments is preferred
- Some video directing experience preferred
- Video shooting & editing experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong grasp of professional video production procedures, techniques, and terminology
- Ability to work with other technical and non-technical staff to organize and implement recording
- Research and remain current on developments and application of state-of-the-art video production technology
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere CC
- Familiarity with Adobe After Effects CC, Adobe Audition CC, Adobe Photoshop CC & Adobe Illustrator CC
- Able to brainstorm, plan, and prioritize projects
- Able to receive criticism for improving their work and performance
- Works well with a team
- Ability to manage time and meet deadlines

- Ability to travel as needed
- Physical ability to move and hold recording equipment for long periods
- Basic physical requirements of a typical office environment
