CycleBar is seeking a Sales Manager for our state-of-the-art location in Leawood. Our General Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They focus on driving sales and revenue within the studio.

Sales Managers are responsible for meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals through strategic outreach, in-club leads (first-time riders), and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and supported by a CycleBar Experience team, General Managers must demonstrate leadership qualities, build lasting relationships with members, and uphold our Mission of fueling energetic communal experiences.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
  • Confidence in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
  • Ability to manage and drive revenue streams: memberships and retail.
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
  • Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously.
  • Passion for fitness.
  • Strong writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized, proficient in data management, and capable of prioritizing tasks.
  • Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Trustworthy with confidential information.
  • Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public.
  • Proficiency with computers and Studio software.

Duties:

  • Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
  • Membership sales and management.
  • Manage staff schedules and supervise CBX teams.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio.
  • Participate in networking, community events, and studio promotions.
  • Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
  • Acquire new members and retain existing members.
  • Convert non-membership users to members.
  • Conduct monthly pre-planning for outreach and lead flow.
  • Build rapport with members, embody hospitality, and promote CycleBar culture.
  • Coach and train the CBX team on hospitality and sales tactics, working with the owner on team accountability.
  • Set and work towards monthly, weekly, and daily targets.
  • Drive referral business through ambassadorship.
