CycleBar is seeking an assistant sales/studio manager for our state-of-the-art location in Leawood. Our Assistant Managers are passionate about fitness and delivering a superior experience. They prioritize driving sales and revenue within the studio.
ASM are responsible for supporting the General Manager in meeting studio sales goals, membership renewals, and ancillary service goals by strategic outreach, in-club leads, and securing member referrals. Under the management of a Franchise Owner, national sales director, and the support of a CycleBar Experience team, Sales Managers must exemplify leadership qualities. Building lasting relationships with members is essential to foster ambassadorship and retention. The General Manager upholds our Mission of fueling energetic communal experiences.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of retail/service sales or fitness sales experience.
- Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps.
- Ability to manage and drive memberships and retail revenue streams.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
- Recognize areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously.
- Passion for fitness.
- Strong writing and grammar skills.
- Highly organized with proficiency in data management.
- Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the public.
- Proficiency with computers and Studio software.
Duties:
- Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking.
- Membership sales and management.
- Manage staff schedules and supervise CBX teams.
- Maintain studio cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in community events and promotions.
- Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads.
- Acquire and retain members, converting non-members to members.
- Conduct strategic outreach for new member acquisition.
- Build rapport with members, embracing hospitality and culture.
- Coach and train team on hospitality and sales tactics.
- Work with the owner on setting targets and driving referral business.
Compensation & Benefits:
