Cooper’s Hawk Winery & Restaurants is seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Creative Services team. Cooper’s Hawk is a trailblazing combination of restaurant, winery, Napa-style tasting room, and specialty retail market. Additionally, Cooper’s Hawk is home to the country’s largest Wine Club, a lifestyle-driven monthly affiliation offering exclusive wines, unforgettable events, and a host of privileges. In addition to nearly 60 restaurant locations, Cooper’s Hawk has recently introduced Piccolo Buco, a contemporary Neapolitan pizza concept, nestled under the “by Cooper’s Hawk” brand umbrella.   More than an award-winning hospitality concept and wine producer, we’re curators of extraordinary moments. As a Graphic Designer, you’ll help bring these moments to life by creating engaging digital and print designs that elevate the Cooper’s Hawk brand portfolio.   If you have a keen eye for design, a passion for storytelling through visuals, and a desire to create impactful work, we invite you to apply with your portfolio and resume.   This position offers a hybrid remote work arrangement with three weekly onsite days at the Restaurant Support Center located in Downers Grove, IL. You will report to the Creative Director.   What You’ll Do:
  • Design and produce creative assets across a variety of touchpoints, including Wine Club materials, in-restaurant collateral, packaging, branding, and campaigns.
  • Translate marketing strategies into clear and compelling design solutions.
  • Work within established design systems in Figma and contribute to their ongoing maintenance.
  • Prepare production-ready files with accuracy and strong attention to detail.
  • Maintain and organize creative assets, including file libraries and archives.
  • Provide photo editing and retouching support to ensure imagery meets brand standards and elevates the overall creative work.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Ensure brand standards and tone of voice are consistently reflected across all design work.
  • Stay current on design trends, technology, and best practices to bring fresh perspectives.
  What You’ll Need:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Graphic design experience in an agency or corporate setting, with restaurant, retail, or food/beverage experience a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital and print, with examples that demonstrate your ability to bring ideas to life while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and working knowledge of Figma.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
  • Experience using Asana or similar project management software to track tasks and route projects for review and approvals.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly share design ideas and work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail.
  • A collaborative mindset, flexibility, and willingness to adapt to evolving brand strategies.
  Compensation Range: $63,000-$70,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.   What You’ll Get:
