The ideal candidate will have a background in running an ad agency and possess a strong track record in leading innovative marketing strategies to boost brand visibility and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute robust marketing strategies leveraging Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and innovative digital ad creations.
• Lead the marketing team in crafting compelling advertising campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
• Analyze campaign effectiveness using advanced analytics and optimize strategies based on insights.
• Manage and mentor a dynamic team, fostering creativity and collaboration.
• Oversee marketing budgets and resource allocation to maximize return on investment.
• Preferred experience in running an ad agency, bringing in-depth understanding of agency dynamics and client management.

Qualifications:
