What you will be doing
- Strategic Content Planning: Develop and execute a strategic content plan to drive enrollment growth and increase brand awareness, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Content Creation and Management: Produce and manage high-quality, engaging content across formats, including social media, blogs, video scripts, emails, case studies, and testimonials.
- AI-Driven Content Optimization: Utilize advanced AI tools for generating, editing, optimizing, and customizing content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Performance Analytics & Optimization: Track and analyze content performance using data insights to optimize strategies, drive conversions, and enhance engagement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, admissions, and academic teams to ensure cohesive messaging and strategic alignment across channels.

Key responsibilities

Candidate requirements
- At least 5 years of proven experience in content strategy, marketing, or digital marketing.
- Deep understanding of the U.S. K-12 education landscape, including trends, challenges, and competitive dynamics.
- Proficiency with AI tools for content creation and optimization (e.g., Jasper, ChatGPT, Copy.ai).
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills, with a strategic mindset for educational engagement.
- Solid knowledge of SEO and performance analytics, with responsibility for content optimization based on data.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication skills.
- Based in the U.S.
