The Studio Sales Manager is responsible for the studio’s operations and financial accountability, primarily driving membership sales, delivering superior customer service, and achieving revenue goals. Prior sales experience in health and wellness is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive membership sales to prospective clients.
2. Promote the value of practitioner-assisted stretching, meet sales goals, encourage add-on sessions, and improve personal sales skills.
3. Provide excellent customer service by greeting clients, scheduling consultations, answering calls, and addressing concerns.
4. Support the culture of Stretch Zone by fostering team goals and building positive relationships with clients and team members.
