Stretch Zone Aiken is seeking a social, dynamic, and energetic individual with strong marketing and sales experience to manage the studio in Aiken, SC. Experience in the fitness and/or wellness industry is preferred but not required. Familiarity with membership-based sales models is helpful. The ideal candidate will have creative ideas, strong follow-up skills, and be comfortable reaching out to the Aiken community to build collaborations to support growth.
The selected applicant will be a leader, detail-oriented, analytical, and a self-starter who takes pride in their work. Paid in-house training on systems, management, and sales platforms will be provided. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, are required.

Responsibilities of the Sales and Studio Manager:
- Develop business collaborations, plan off-site events, and studio programs to introduce potential clients to practitioner-assisted stretching (Lead Development)
- Lead and grow internal sales by introducing potential clients to Stretch Zone and converting leads into memberships
- Train and develop Sales Associates to increase studio membership
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure effective, individualized practitioner-assisted stretching (Quality Control)
- Manage studio staff to maintain hours, meet sales KPIs, ensure client satisfaction, and comply with protocols and policies
- Support staff training, maintain a clean and safe environment, and foster a positive studio culture
- Assist with expense management and provide regular reports to ownership
- Stay current with all Stretch Zone systems and manage operational tasks such as inventory, front desk duties, and appointment management
