Overview Haskell's Design & Consulting Team unites architecture, engineering, and consulting professionals from across industries and geographies. Our diverse team serves markets including food and beverage, aviation, healthcare, and government projects. As a team member, you'll work on impactful projects that challenge your creativity and expand your skills. Job Responsibilities: Application of Knowledge:

Directs all aspects of the design effort, ensures conformance with project criteria, and coordinates among disciplines. Client Management:

Acts as primary client interface, manages client criteria, maintains relationships, and develops future opportunities. Construction Support:

Monitors design responses, assists in prioritizing responses, and supervises installations when assigned. Change Management:

Manages scope changes and documents all scope modifications. Financial:

Develops budgets, monitors financial performance, manages outside consultants, and tracks project cash flow. Scheduling:

Coordinates staff allocation, develops design schedules, and ensures schedule compliance. Strategy:

Participates in proposal strategies, marketing, and innovation in design delivery. Leadership:

Supervises personnel, maintains communication, ensures contractual requirements, and participates in corporate policies and project closeout. Education/Experience: Bachelor's degree in engineering 10+ years in a design discipline, with at least 5 years as a lead designer and 3 years in design management Knowledge, Skills, and Certifications: Professional registration or eligibility Client and change management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design software Budgeting and forecasting skills Leadership and negotiation skills Project management experience, PMP preferred Benefits: Health, dental, vision insurance Retirement plans, stock ownership Paid time off and holidays Professional development Flexible work hours Physical Requirements: Must be able to visit locations, stand, walk, lift 10-50 pounds, and operate equipment with good hand-eye coordination.
