Sr. Product Designer

The global Red Bull Digital Products & Services technology team is responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining advanced technology solutions to support all global consumer-facing digital products, including streaming platforms like Red Bull TV, mobile apps and games, RedBull.com, as well as promoting the brand through innovative emerging technologies. We are seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead a product pillar end-to-end, overseeing the visual and user experience design for the Streaming Platforms team. This role involves supporting a range of native mobile and TV apps, websites, and digital touchpoints including Red Bull TV, Servus TV, and Rally TV. You will act as the creative lead, steering design direction for experiences that impact a global audience. You will be responsible for the entire design process and managing a small team of designers-from research and concept development to high-fidelity design and delivery-collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional partners. As the scope expands, the aim is to also manage future external contractors, agency collaborators, and potentially additional designers, while upholding a high standard for craftsmanship and strategic thinking. Success in this role comes from being proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting goals. It requires strategic thinking, high-quality execution, and the ability to collaborate effectively across product, engineering, marketing, partnerships, support, and legal teams. You possess strong design skills-balancing form and function, creativity and data-while advocating for human-centered design principles. You will report to and be supported by the Red Bull Digital Products Design Director, leading all design efforts within the Streaming Platforms pillar, backed by a global cross-functional network. Success necessitates comfort with uncertainty, adaptability, and strong alignment and communication across teams. Expertise in Figma, including prototyping, components, variables, auto-layout, responsive design, and systems thinking. 5-7 years of product design experience with a proven track record of successful mobile and cross-platform application deliveries. Extensive knowledge of UX/UI principles and platform-specific guidelines, staying informed about emerging trends. Comprehensive understanding of native platforms across mobile and TV operating systems, including Apple and Android. Experienced in developing and contributing to design systems, with documentation for use by cross-functional teams. Known for maintaining high standards of craftsmanship, possessing a keen eye for interaction details, and enhancing the finer aspects that are important. Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable; comfortable leading independently or working as part of cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
