Job Description

Pattern Promotions We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Public Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team. As a key support member of the public relations department, you will play a crucial role in fostering and maintaining our organization's positive image and reputation. This entry-level position is ideal for someone passionate about communication, media relations, and brand promotion. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation and distribution of press releases and media kits.
• Support the organization of public relations events, including press conferences and promotional events.
• Monitor media coverage and compile reports on media activity.
• Conduct research on industry trends, audiences, and competitive analysis.
• Maintain and update media contact lists and databases.
• Draft content for social media platforms and internal communications.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with social media platforms.
