This role requires a detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, can manage tight deadlines, and is comfortable working with ambiguity. Experience in preparing print-ready files, collaborating on prototyping, and participating in color and content reviews is essential. Candidates with a print-focused background will be prioritized over those with primarily digital or web design experience. Responsibilities: • Attend cross-functional meetings to align on print production deliverables, timelines, and project requirements. • Participate in prototyping sessions, press checks, color reviews, content approvals, and photoshoots when applicable. • Prepare accurate, print-ready production files using Adobe Creative Suite (primarily Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop), ensuring all artwork aligns with die lines, print specifications, and brand guidelines. • Conduct thorough prepress checks, including color correction, resolution verification, and layout consistency, to ensure high-quality output. • Develop visual presentation decks and production documentation for leadership and stakeholder review. • Collaborate with internal design and marketing teams, as well as external print vendors, to ensure timely and flawless execution of printed materials. Required Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. • 3–5 years of professional experience in print production or graphic design, with a strong focus on print deliverables. • Proficiency in Mac-based design software, including Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. • Comfortable working with ambiguity and able to adapt to shifting priorities. • Ideal candidates will have a background in print production rather than digital or web design.
