About the Role
The Senior Graphic Designer is focused on developing and executing creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, reporting to the VP of Marketing. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a collaborative spirit. A vital member of the Marketing Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.
Responsibilities
- Lead Creative Vision: Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies aligned with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and business goals.
- Project Leadership: Manage design projects from briefing to delivery, ensuring timely, budget-compliant, and quality outputs.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, sales teams, and vendors to understand requirements and deliver effective visual solutions.
- Design & Production: Create a range of visual assets including website graphics, marketing collateral, brand elements, trade show graphics, internal materials, video storyboards, packaging, and ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of graphic design experience.
- Strong online portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work and understanding of design principles.
- Experience with brand guidelines and ensuring consistency.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Solid project management skills, ability to handle multiple projects independently.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects/Premiere Pro a plus.
