What You’ll Get to Do

The Senior Graphic Designer focuses on developing and executing creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines and marketing objectives, reporting to the VP of Marketing.

This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong project management skills and a collaborative spirit. As a vital member of the Marketing Team, this is an opportunity to build a career with an industry leader.

Job responsibilities include:

• Lead Creative Vision: Develop and execute creative concepts and visual strategies that align with brand guidelines, marketing objectives, and business goals.
• Project Leadership: Manage design projects from initial briefing and conceptualization through design, production, and final delivery, ensuring projects are on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing managers, product managers, sales teams, and external vendors to understand project requirements and translate them into effective visual solutions.
• Design & Production: Create a wide range of high-quality visual assets, including website graphics, landing pages, digital advertising (banners, social media visuals), marketing collateral, print literature, brand identity elements, trade show graphics, internal communications, video storyboards, and packaging design.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual communications are consistent with the company's brand identity, guidelines, and tone of voice.

What We Are Looking For

• 5+ years of graphic design experience.
• A strong online portfolio demonstrating diverse creative work and a solid understanding of design principles (typography, layout, color theory, imagery).
• Experience working with brand guidelines and maintaining brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to articulate creative ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Solid project management skills; ability to independently coordinate, prioritize, and handle multiple projects simultaneously. A self-starter capable of leading projects from concept to completion while managing timelines and resources effectively.
• Expert knowledge of industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with After Effects or Premiere Pro is a plus.
