Lead the full-stack marketing strategy across content, social, performance, brand, and influencer channels. Content Creation Leadership:

Direct and coordinate creators, editors, videographers, and designers to bring bold, emotionally resonant campaigns to life. Influencer Ecosystem Management:

Leverage your deep relationships across micro, mid, and celebrity-tier influencers to drive mass-market engagement and UGC. Social Media Growth Engine:

Architect viral social strategies across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and emerging platforms. You know what converts

before

it trends. Mainstream Media & Press Activation:

Use your

high-level connections in media, editorial, and PR

to drive earned coverage and cultural buzz. Industry Insider Access:

You have an

insider seat at the table

— with content creators, marketing execs, and

action-makers who move the industry . Launch & GTM:

Be the mastermind behind regional and national launch campaigns, both digital and IRL. You love the pressure of the spotlight. Creative Ops:

Build scalable systems for testing, learning, and iterating creative assets — without the slowdowns of corporate red tape. Brand Positioning & Voice:

5–10+ years in consumer tech , especially at startups or fast-growing apps. You’ve

built a brand from 0–1

(or helped scale one from 1–100x). You

know the U.S. wedding market and millennial/Gen Z consumer trends

like you were born into them. You have a

Rolodex that makes people pause

— creators, photographers, editors, PR reps, editors-in-chief, show bookers, talent managers, celebrity agents. You're

plugged into where culture is born

— not just watching the trends, but influencing them. You

don’t need permission to move fast . You just do it, measure it, and win. You live for

culture, storytelling, and brand magic

— and know how to back it with numbers. You’ve managed

marketing budgets from $50K to $1M+ , know what works, and what’s a waste. You

thrive in the chaos

of startup life and see “impossible” as a challenge. U.S.-based (must have cultural fluency & on-the-ground experience) Proven track record in
