This person will lead growth strategy, content operations, and high-impact collaborations to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition. You must have direct experience in trading or the social trading ecosystem — or, at minimum, be deeply familiar with the space and excited to build inside of it. Company Description: VeriTrade is an early-stage fintech startup transforming the trading space through verified performance and transparency. We’ve built a social trading platform that allows traders to connect their real brokerage accounts, display verified trading stats on shareable profiles, and monetize their credibility. Backed by multiple investors in early-stage funding and led by a focused team of traders and builders, we’re building the gold standard for verified trading. Key Responsibilities: Own and implement top-of-funnel growth strategy to drive awareness of VeriTrade across multiple channels Build and manage the content engine, including content calendar, strategy, workflows, and performance tracking Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for feature rollouts, creator campaigns, and platform launches Build marketing systems that support scalable content publishing and growth operations Identify and secure strategic collaborations with traders, creators, and trading communities Manage and grow a team of freelance editors, content creators, or contractors as needed Oversee social media content, marketing campaigns, and brand storytelling in alignment with platform goals Qualifications 2+ years in marketing, preferably in trading, fintech, crypto, or the creator economy Demonstrated success building or scaling content and growth functions at a startup Strong understanding of trading platforms, influencers, and online financial communities Ability to balance high-level strategy with hands-on execution Proven experience managing multiple channels (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter/X) Comfortable in a fast-paced, early-stage startup environment Bonus: Existing network in the trading education or influencer space Experience with broker-connected platforms or social trading communities Previous role at a pre-seed or seed-stage startup with lean marketing resources Seniority level
