Residential Marketing Associate - St. Louis, MO

We seek an accomplished, driven, and collaborative individual to help perfect our customer's experience in upgrading their homes. Want to join our team?

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. Successful candidates are expected to earn $16 hourly + $750-1560 / weekly in commissions. You will work 40 hours per week, Tuesday to Saturday. The specific start and end times vary based on the season and area.

Purpose:

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data regarding prospective customers and the targeted market area. The role includes a base monthly driving incentive with variable mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager
• Transport to assigned territories and represent Renewal by Andersen professionally
• Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately
• Maintain professionalism, proper uniform, and required permits
• Attend company meetings as scheduled
• Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness
• Master company methodology, products, and promotional offerings

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
• Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
