Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are united by the common goal of making a difference in the lives of our homeowners and the communities we serve. We are looking for Residential Marketing Associates in the Waterloo area!

This position earns commission in addition to base pay. You will be paid an hourly wage of $20 per hour, but the real reward comes from your incentive payments. Our current employees make up to $27/hr. This team works Monday - Friday around the hours of 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, but the specific start and end times may vary based on the season and area. There are breaks throughout the day as well as a 1-hour lunch break. Base pay depends on factors like experience, education, location, and certifications. Purpose

This position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, recording accurate data about prospective customers and market areas.

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through door-to-door campaigning in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
2. Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
3. Maintain professionalism, proper uniform, and municipal permits at all times.
4. Attend paid meetings and training; be able to walk for long periods in various weather conditions.
5. Provide feedback to improve canvassing policies and effectiveness.
6. Master product knowledge and promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.
7. Participate in daily pre-shift meetings via Zoom or in person.
8. Check in with the Proximity Manager before and after shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Drivers License with a clean record.
• Experience in customer service or door-to-door sales.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, comfortable using tablets.
• Physically capable of walking 3-5 miles daily within a 60-mile radius of the office.
