We are looking for accomplished, driven, and collaborative candidates to enhance our customer experience in home upgrades. Interested in joining us?

This position offers a combination of base pay and commissions. You will earn $20 per hour, with potential total earnings up to $27/hr including incentives. The team works Monday - Friday, approximately 11:00 am - 7:00 pm, with specific hours varying seasonally and by location. Breaks and a 1-hour lunch are included. Base pay depends on experience, education, location, and certifications; your recruiter will provide details during hiring.

This role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing. It is essential to record accurate data about prospective customers and market areas.

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, as directed by the Canvassing Program Manager.
2. Use Renewal by Andersen mapping and business applications to record accurate data.
3. Maintain a professional appearance, be courteous, and adhere to permit requirements.
4. Attend meetings and training; be able to walk for extended periods in various weather conditions.
5. Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.
6. Learn and master Andersen's methodologies, products, and promotions.
7. Participate in daily pre-shift meetings via Zoom or in person.
8. Check in with the Proximity Manager before and after shifts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid Drivers License with a clean record
• Customer Service or Door-to-Door experience
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, proficient with tablets
• Physically able to walk 3-5 miles daily within a 60-mile radius of the office
