Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation. We are committed to making a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area.

This position offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $20/hour. Successful candidates can expect to earn over $80,000 in the first year (OTE). Compensation details will be discussed during the hiring process.

Purpose

The role involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, accurately recording prospective customer data, and working within designated market areas. An eligible employee may receive a base monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned areas, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager
• Transport to and work independently within designated territories, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally
• Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately
• Maintain proper appearance and adhere to permit requirements
• Attend company meetings and contribute ideas for program improvement
• Master product knowledge and promotional offerings as a Signature Service expert

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with a clean record
• Minimum age of 21 for insurance coverage
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
• Physically capable of standing and walking 3-5 miles daily
