Direct Marketing Associate - Greater Michigan

Renewal by Andersen is the full-service replacement window division of Andersen Corporation, dedicated to making a difference in the lives of homeowners and communities. We are seeking a Direct Marketing Associate in the Greater Michigan and Grand Rapids area.

This role offers uncapped commission and a base pay starting at $20/hour. On-target earnings (OTE) are expected to exceed $80,000 in the first year. Compensation details vary based on experience, education, location, and certifications, which can be discussed during the hiring process.

Purpose

The position involves generating highly qualified leads through door-to-door canvassing, accurately recording prospective customer data, and targeting market areas. A monthly driving incentive and mileage reimbursement are also available.

Responsibilities

1. Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing in assigned territories, following instructions from the Canvassing Program Manager.
2. Transport independently to territories, representing Renewal by Andersen professionally at all times.
3. Use company mapping and business applications to record data accurately.
4. Maintain a neat appearance and proper uniform, with required permits.
5. Attend company meetings as scheduled.
6. Provide feedback to improve canvassing effectiveness.
7. Master product knowledge and promotional offerings to become a Signature Service expert.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Valid drivers license with a clean record
• Minimum age of 21
• Reliable transportation
• Strong verbal communication skills
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Ability to navigate multiple platforms on tablets
• Physically able to stand and walk 3-5 miles daily
