About the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team and play a key role in shaping BPO Wizard and its clients' online presence. You’ll craft impactful content, drive engagement, and analyze performance to ensure our social media strategies deliver measurable results. If you’re a creative thinker with a data-driven mindset, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Develop and implement social media strategies that align with BPO Wizard's and our clients' marketing goals and corporate mission.
      • Plan and design engaging content, including posts, videos, stories, and graphics, for platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
      • Create visually stunning graphics and edit video content to enhance storytelling and engagement using tools like canva, filmora, figma,and others.
      • Utilize social media management tools like Zoho Social, Hootsuite, Buffer, and others to streamline and optimize our social media efforts.
      • Execute both paid and organic social media campaigns using tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and more, targeting both local and international audiences.
      • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics to optimize content strategies and maximize ROI.
      • Collaborate closely with the marketing team, designers, and leadership to ensure brand consistency and seamless integration across all campaigns.
      • Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and competitive benchmarks to maintain an innovative edge.

Key Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, business, or a related field.
    • 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing or relevant field.
    • Strong skills in content creation, including graphic design and video editing.
    • Excellent analytical skills to monitor and report on campaign performance.
    • Experience in creating content strategies that resonate with diverse audiences.
    • Strong communication skills with the ability to craft compelling copy and visuals.
    • Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
