About the role:

BPO Wizard is expanding into a digital marketing agency and is seeking a creative, adaptable Content Writer to join our team. In this role, you will create engaging, high-quality content that drives results for both BPO Wizard and our clients. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, client representatives, and fellow writers to deliver content that enhances brand visibility and achieves strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

      • Create compelling content that promotes BPO Wizard and its clients' vision and objectives.
      • Produce a variety of content, including blogs, social media posts, case studies, website copy, marketing campaigns, and other relevant content.
      • Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics, identify content gaps, and propose strategies to address them.
      • Stay up-to-date with industry trends to create insightful and relevant materials.
      • Collaborate with internal teams and clients to ensure content aligns with brand voice and objectives.
      • Conduct simple keyword research and apply SEO best practices to increase web traffic.
      • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

Key Requirements:

    • Proven experience of 5 years as a content writer or in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing diverse writing samples.
    • Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills with strong attention to detail.
    • Solid understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques.
    • Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
    • Experience writing for various industries or clients is highly desirable.
