Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high-performing media team
• Develop and execute multi-channel media strategies
• Manage paid search, social, and programmatic campaigns
• Present strategies confidently to clients
• Support agency operations and client pitches
• Oversee campaign tracking and reporting
• Improve workflows and industry tool utilization
• Ensure quality and accountability in deliverables
• Stay updated on industry trends and insights

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5+ years in digital media management at an agency or marketing department
• 2+ years supervisory experience
• Hands-on experience with Meta, Google Ads, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram
• Strategic media planning expertise
