We are seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-oriented Director of Digital Media to help lead our growing digital media team. This is a high-impact leadership role that blends media strategy, campaign execution, and performance measurement with team development and client success.
Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and oversee integrated digital media strategies across paid search, social, display, video, and emerging channels that align with client business goals and KPIs.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of digital media professionals, ensuring operational excellence, skill development, and performance accountability.
Media Planning & Execution: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of cross-channel campaigns—ensuring efficiency, innovation, and alignment with overall marketing strategies.
Performance Measurement: Drive a data-first approach to campaign management. Establish performance benchmarks, monitor KPIs, and lead reporting initiatives to deliver actionable insights to clients.
Client Partnership: Serve as a strategic partner to key clients, providing thought leadership, media consultation, and performance recommendations. Participate in high-level client meetings and communications.
Budget Management: Ensure campaigns are effectively paced and budgeted, maximizing ROI and maintaining financial accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with analytics, CRO, creative, and traditional media teams to build integrated strategies and drive full-funnel performance.
Innovation & Growth: Stay ahead of industry trends, platform updates, and digital innovations, applying them to client strategies to maintain a competitive edge. Lead the adoption of new technologies and automation tools to streamline workflows, enhance efficiency, and improve campaign performance.
Qualifications & Skills Must be located in Arizona (or open to relocation)
7–10 years of progressive experience in digital media, including agency experience with a focus on lead generation/e-commerce
Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing multi-channel campaigns
Deep expertise in media platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, YouTube, and DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk)
Strong command of analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console
Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data sets into clear strategies and recommendations and demonstrate proficiency in advanced attribution modeling, predictive analytics, and marketing mix modeling
Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Highly organized, with a meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Experience with conversion rate optimization is a strong plus
