What You’ll Do

• Collaborate with a global, remote team of creators, engineers, and educators.
• Lead UX projects from ideation to user testing, including wireframing and prototyping.
• Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of experience at the intersection of UX, strategy, and design.
• Experience in agile environments, iterating based on feedback.
• Experience with user research, usability testing, and applying behavioral science.
• Passion for providing music and art education via digital platforms.
• Knowledge of user personas, customer journey mapping, and behavioral science.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems.
• Strong visual design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Figma.
• Deep understanding of accessibility standards and best practices.
