Job Overview
We are seeking a Technical Writer to produce high-quality documentation that contributes to the overall success of our products. The role involves planning, creating, and maintaining educational content as part of the engineering or user experience teams. Content may include documentation, UI text, sample code, videos, or other educational materials. The key skill is explaining complex topics clearly and effectively to our audience.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand product and documentation requirements.
- Manage complex documentation projects, prioritize requests, and coordinate with partner teams.
- Communicate effectively, establish work processes, organize work groups, and report on progress.
- Create high-quality, standards-compliant documentation suitable for the target audience.
- Develop user interface text, online help, developer guides, and tutorials.
- Analyze and optimize content reuse and develop information architecture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in technical writing of software documentation.
- Experience with content management systems for professional documentation creation.
- Ability to create effective in-app contextual documentation.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality documentation.
- Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly.
- Excellent written English skills.
- Basic understanding of SDLC and software development processes.
- University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field preferred.

Work Arrangement: Hybrid
Pay Range: $117,798 - $135,000 annually
