What You’ll Be Working On You’ll drive design across internal and customer-facing applications serving Sales, Marketing, and Inventory. Your focus will be on building intuitive, responsive, and cohesive interfaces that align with product strategy and technical constraints. This role combines UX research, UI design, and collaboration with engineers to deliver functional, user-friendly tools. You’ll define workflows, create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes, and ensure designs are implemented faithfully. Your designs will follow best practices and be refined through user feedback and testing. Duties And Responsibilities Design and iterate on wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma. Conduct UX research and usability testing. Collaborate with developers for accurate implementation. Maintain a consistent design system across products. Improve interfaces for clarity, accessibility, and usability. Translate complex workflows into simple experiences. Balance technical constraints, user needs, and business goals. Provide documentation and specifications for engineering. Familiarity with Tailwind or similar design systems. Strong UX research skills—interviews, testing, synthesis. Proficiency with Figma, including components and prototyping. Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and interaction patterns. Effective communication of design rationale to stakeholders. Ability to work across multiple products and priorities.
