Role Overview

The Content Creator, Brand Creative is responsible for developing compelling content that elevates the brand, engages audiences, and supports brand and business goals. This individual will create and produce content for print, digital, copy, social media, and more—focusing on storytelling, brand voice, and detail while upholding the tone, aesthetic, and standards of Preferred Travel Group.

Organizational Relationship

Under the supervision of the Creative Director, the Content Creator will generate original content ideas, write and edit copy, and develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and global campaigns.

Responsibilities

  1. Craft compelling travel stories, features, and content series, with a strong design aesthetic and understanding of PTG’s brands.
  2. Contribute to the conceptual and strategic goals of the department.
  3. Write high-quality copy for magazines, web, email campaigns, blogs, social media, and other publications, maintaining a consistent brand voice.
  4. Develop and execute creative content concepts aligned with seasonal, campaign, and editorial calendars.
  5. Collaborate with copy and design teams to pair visuals and storytelling across platforms.
  6. Develop PowerPoint templates and presentations.
  7. Produce content that inspires aspirational travel and drives engagement.
  8. Maintain brand tone and messaging guidelines across all outputs.
  9. Stay current on trends in luxury travel, digital content, and hospitality marketing.
  10. Use analytics to inform content strategy and optimize future content.
  11. Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment to meet departmental needs.

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience in content creation, editorial, or brand storytelling, preferably in luxury, travel, or hospitality sectors.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Journalism, Communications, Design, or related field.
  • Strong design skills: layout, photography, graphic elements.
  • Creative skills: effective visual conception and creation.
  • Experience with analytics tools like Google Analytics or Instagram Insights.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CMS, and social media scheduling tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with travel media and luxury lifestyle content is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.

Working Conditions

This role offers a hybrid in-office/remote setup. Employees near the office should spend up to 40% of their time in the office on designated collaboration days (Tuesday-Thursday), and be available Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, on all communication channels.

Salary
