This is more than a social media or marketing role—it’s a brand-defining position. As Brand & Content Manager, you’ll own the visual identity of the brand across all digital platforms by bringing together strategy and storytelling, trends and timelessness, data and intuition.If you live and breathe branding, know how to craft scroll-stopping content, and are obsessed with telling beautiful, cohesive stories—we want you.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the creative direction across all visual channels: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, email, and more.
  • Develop and manage a content calendar that grows engagement, drives brand awareness, and converts followers into loyal fans and clients.
  • Write, design, and schedule email and blog campaigns that build brand loyalty, increase traffic, and drive sales.
  • Create photo and video content—from ideation to shooting to editing to posting—that reflects our brand values: clean, sculptural, editorial, and elevated.
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Director (and Founder) on product storytelling, brand campaigns, and seasonal launches.
  • Track performance, analyze engagement metrics, and continuously optimize content based on insights and trends.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends and bridal/fashion industry shifts to ensure our brand stays relevant and forward-thinking.

Who You Are

  • Creative Visionary: A visual storyteller who instinctively sees the world through a brand lens.
  • Aesthetic-Driven: Intuitive about aesthetics, tone, mood, and luxury positioning.
  • Technically Skilled: Highly proficient in photo and video editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Final Cut or similar).
  • Industry Experienced: Experienced (minimum 3–5 years) in fashion, bridal, lifestyle, or luxury industries.
  • Highly Organized: Deadline-driven and energized by fast-paced creative environments.
  • Innovative Thinker: Not afraid to experiment with new creative ideas and formats to set trends in the industry.
  • Legacy Builder: Passionate about building something lasting—you want to help shape a legacy brand in the bridal and fashion space.
