Job Summary

The Retail Marketer will attend pre-scheduled shifts in retail stores and generate leads for the local office through ongoing interaction with potential customers. Responsible for exceeding lead targets set by the Retail Event Marketing Manager.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Interact with potential customers and provide product demonstrations using energetic and positive engagement techniques
• Work independently while keeping the manager informed
• Meet predetermined performance goals
• Generate high-quality leads for our top-rated products

Job Requirements

• Willingness to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Attention to detail and punctuality
• Smartphone required
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to educate potential customers
• High energy and engagement for extended periods
• Ability to utilize our proven system to generate leads for our leading products
